AC.MO Srl has implemented a structured procedure for managing reports, aiming to foster a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, and responsibility. Through this system, the company intends to facilitate the timely reporting of any critical issues and their appropriate handling, contributing to the continuous improvement of its processes and the protection of corporate integrity.

Whistleblowing allows employees, collaborators, and all parties interacting with the company to report, in a secure and confidential manner, any unlawful conduct, irregularities, or non-compliant situations of which they become aware in the workplace.

The system complies with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ensuring maximum protection for the whistleblower, even anonymously, and protection from any form of retaliation or discrimination.

Through the dedicated GlobaLeaks platform, all stakeholders—employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers, consultants, interns, and candidates—can report violations of laws and regulations, fraud, unethical behavior, administrative irregularities, or situations that could compromise the integrity of the company. Complaints of a personal nature or reports made in bad faith do not fall within this scope.

AC.MO Srl also recently integrated its management system with gender equality and social responsibility, aiming to achieve and maintain UNI/PdR 125 and SA8000 certifications.

In this context, the GlobaLeaks platform also allows users to submit reports, recommendations, suggestions, comments, or complaints regarding gender equality, health and safety, environmental protection, quality, and social responsibility, actively contributing to the organization’s continuous improvement.
