Our story

Founded in 1968 with its production site located in Roncade, the company has grown into a structured group with five operational branches in Italy and more than ten international agencies. Since 1996, several acquisitions have expanded the company’s internal expertise, integrating IT and electronic know‑how for data acquisition and for connecting hydraulic equipment with SCADA systems.
Its excellence is reflected in its production capacity, its established market presence, and the value of its engineering expertise, recognized by major technological and institutional partners.
Today, the company offers a complete range of services, including technical support, training, customization, and plant modernization.
Since 2018, it has been part of the AVK Group.

1968

AC.MO was founded as a supplier of traded valves for water applications

1996

AC.MO starts to design and manufacture its own models of control valves and irrigation hydrants

2005

Foundation of AC.MO Tecnologie Integrate (ATI) dedicated to the design and integration of SCADA systems for water projects

2018

Acquisition from the AVK Group of 60% shares. AC.MO becomes the Competence Centre of the Group for control valves and irrigation

2020

AC.MO and the AVK Group acquires 40% of the shares of HYDRO-COS which becomes a new member of the Group

2021

AC.MO and the AVK Group launches a new company under the name AVK Smart Water. The company aims for a smart, data-driven future of the water industry

2022

AC.MO and the AVK Group launches AC.MO Water Technology India to meet the growing demand for smart irrigation in the domestic market
