Rawicz STATION DE POMPAGE D’AIR (Pologne)

The aeration of the wastewater reactor takes air from an air pumping station and then through needle valves with an electric actuator.
A probe located in the wastewater measures the level of aeration and it gives information to the control room.
The automation central system analyzes automatically all the process data and it will change the needle valve setting points according to the chemical process needs. In this way, the appropriate level of oxygen in the reactor joints the process through the diffuser system.
